Experience: Founder and owner of Stoneridge Homes. David is a 1984 graduate New England Technical Institute with an associate degree in general contracting. He has been in business for himself for the past 26 years having a strong background in residential and commercial construction, skills include; estimating small and large scale projects, business management, contract negotiations with the ability to go after and secure a new client and land large scale projects. He recently opened Stoneridge Homes, Inc., a residential homes company building and marketing their own style homes ranging from the mid $200,000.00 to $450,000.00.

Goals: My goal in business is to continue to grow both companies, building a family of employees that are far superior in the industry than my competitors, also forming an extensive client/customer base giving them the quality they expect at an affordable price. Thus having the companies structured at pass on to my next generations.
